Chained Echoes is a throwback to SNES style JRPGs, but greatly enhanced with style and insanely good quality of life improvements. One of the best JRPGs I have played in a long time!

Asterigos: Curse Of The Stars has great worldbuilding and interesting hooks, but fails to make an experience that is groundbreaking or compelling.

Bright Memory: Infinite is a short but bright burst of sci-fi FPS action. Goofy story aside this is a fun experience from a small but talented developer.

While the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase was slightly underwhelming Starfield did steal the show but I was more interested in some smaller games on the horizon like Flintlock, Ereban and Benedict Fox.

PAX East is back and on the first day there were new logistics and vaccine checks but also great games like Dolmen, The Last Oricru and Rusted Moss
