Trek to Yomi is a fantastic and cinematic samurai epic centered around loss and revenge held back only slightly by somewhat standard combat mechanics.
While PAX East is primarily about games it also a very social experience. Meeting, socializing and talking to new people in and out of the Industry is one of the best parts of the PAX experience and year by year it just gets better.
Two of the best games I got to experience at PAX East were The Last Worker, a dystopic feeling first person adventure and Arcade Paradise a deep arcade business sim packed with character and extras.
The 4th and Final day of PAX East was full of games from Cursed to Golf to Brick Tales and Asterigos to The Last Hero of Nostalgaia all the games were quite different but very fun.
Day three of PAX East 2022 was filled with exploring, old fashioned soft drinks, D&D, Magic The Gathering and a great pixelated game called No Place For Bravery.
